Film Scanning Is There Another Way To Get Photos Taken With Film On The Computer Besides Scanning?

Is there another way to get photos taken with film on the computer besides scanning? - film scanning

I use film and digital, but I would put photos of the film scanning equipment, but they all seem to be Hassel. Is there another way? Thank you!

Print or negative should be scanned (or with an expensive set-up) photographs to a digital file to create. If you do not want to sit and scan the prints, then you can scan your negatives to produce a better quality of the file anyway.

You can buy a good film scanner for about $ 200, depending on how the negatives (I've seen scanning, high resolution scanning service fee of about $ 1 for negative-200 negative and paid, what to buy for a scanner would cost), it is wiser to buy a scanner.

I did some research. Find out what "local" who offers this service. Compare and find each other for the decision and the price, what is best for you.

With my 4x5 film, I take his picture with a digital SLR camera, a goal and a strong flash. Well, I print the negatives in the darkroom, and take a photo printer with the same unit.

For the best quality, try scanning your stick. Encourage your workflow and you only analyze your most negative / positive.

Yes, only the negative jam in the CD-ROM on your computer. Then, to recite his hand on his team wave the following sentence: meckaleckahi-meckahineyho (Repeat 2 times), then appear magically on your computer.

Would not it be great if it so simple?

Seriously, if you want, slides and / or negative is scanned regardless minilabs few dollars more than the cost of development. Otherwise, you can try my little trick.

Absolutely.

* You can put your movies on a light table and photographed images directly to your camera and plan to target. Not ideal, but it is fast.

* You can hire someone to have to do it. http://www.scancafe.com/ is a service that comes to mind.
