Dealing With An Anorexic 14 Year Old Boy Has Anyone Dealt With A Child Who Was Anorexic I Am In Need Of Some Advice?

Has anyone dealt with a child who was anorexic i am in need of some advice? - dealing with an anorexic 14 year old boy

Ok I feel as if my son goes downhill. He eats about once a week and today I have made both my son to the beach and my 14 years, the ribs are visible have. And I was getting all these people weired looks as if he was hungry. And if I eat what you are going to the toilet and on the water as they take a shower and vomiting. I do not know what to do with it. I do not understand why he hates so much food. Council?

I am not the father of a child with an eating disorder, but I was a child with an eating disorder. Eating disorders are not about the food products they control. And it's not only issues girls face. You may feel no control over something. Have eating disorders are often the result of abuse or trauma you experienced. First, tell him you love him, regardless of their eating or not eating. This does not change how we think, if you do not eat much. In front of him. However, I took him to see a consultant. It may be a victim, too little and not think that you speak with you or anyone else but in this respect. Do not press and do not ask questions, make yet another step closer. Take him to a pastor or a person you trust and can talk. Willing to be informed for an embargo to be pretty devastating. I became bulimic when I was sexually abused. Only peace and understanding and not for large companies orbe and also that will only worsen. I hope you will soon find relief. Mainly because of his son.

My 3 year old son in July. He has epilepsy and autism. A new drug has begun a year ago. The new medication, my son will not eat. Simply have no appetite. Somedays you eat a single bite! He left 28 pounds to 24 pounds. He went from a size 2T clothes to 12 months. It was really scary! I saw all the small bones of his upper body.

I sat down with your doctor and neurologist. He was diagnosed with anorexia and received additional treatment with what you already compared. He has been in their new drugs and a couple of months. It is again up to 28 pounds, and starts to fill in the clothes. We eat in the house and the house now!

The best thing we can do for your child to consult a doctor as soon as possible. They are trained and qualified to help your child.

My aunt had these problems with his daughter. At one point, he should intervene. You may not be the only one to say how the father wanted to hear it, but do not be serious, and soon you will be talking to a wall. Your best option is to take him to a doctor, someone who has a certain influence on him because of his situation, and they say he can not do it themselves. Months have elapsed, but my cousin is finally eat normally.

take him to the clinic for people with eating disorders. be able to help there, if it does not help, might die. There is nothing that you really do for him at home. Rehab is the best place for him

It is a deep psychological problem of body image, depression, could be a number of things that bother you. You need a therapist for him.

What you need to help one of my best friends was in hospital for anorexia last year. It is really difficult, but necessary, because the end is best for him. I asked her when she in hospital when they realized that we are indications that she thought we needed help, and they should eat more and told me I had no idea were. And frankly, I'd say you are not eating enough, he must eat more, not healthy, and not on the search. He does not realize that sometimes, and you need to help. It can not be and can not help you with your own. My friends mother was a nurse and no matter what he tries does not work, keep the loot, but he should be hospitalized. Take him to the doctor or just create a right. My parents have for his friends and was admitted overnight to hospital. It is very tiring and difficult, but ultimately its best. Good luck to you and your family.
